SWEET
My body aches this morning... I've been hoe-ing... ha ha ha... in the garden.
We planted just before the rains... things have taken to a new growing pattern... not necessarily better... but things are growing... so it needs a hoe-ing.
Soon Paradigm will be basking in the freshest of fresh produce... grown by us... its the sweetest thing. Really.
I'll post pictures of Paradigm's garden soon!

Today's sandwich suggestion is... The Goodness Gracious - Toasted pita bread, provolone, greens, cucumber, tomato, turkey(optional)... brought together with Aleka's Greek Kitchen's Tsatsiki Sauce(cucumber and home-made yogurt)... its pretty amazing.
Don't forget that calling ahead is welcomed - 457-5277.

FRENCH TOAST! yeah toast.
We serve FRENCH TOAST every Sunday until we run out of bread... picture this... two giant slices of stone-hearth baked Ciabatta from City Bakery... REAL maple syrup... cinnamon-vanilla-goodness... sprinkled with powdered sugar... and orange slices on the side... mmmmmmm.
